Don't mess with my mommy!

I had a doctor's appointment after school today (just a check-up)and I took Jane Baird along because she loves all of the attention she gets. Jane Baird is a mama's girl and very protective over me. The nurse was doing the normal things that are done when you go for a doctor's visit such as take temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc. Anyway Jane Baird got really upset with the nurse when she was doing all of those awful things to me. She started to cry and push the nurse away from me. She stated spanking the nurse's hand while she was checking my pulse. I thought that was really sweet for her to take up for me :) The other day I was telling Alan about my day at school and I was fake crying while telling a story of an incident that happened. Anyway Jane Baird thought I was really upset and she burst into tears in a very dramatic way! She is precious :) My appointment went well except for finding out that I have a severe Vitamin D deficiency. The doctor said it was the lowest he had seen and put me on meds. I have had a lot of bone and joint pain but just thought it was because I needed to shed some pounds. I've been aching for a really long time so I'm glad to know whats wrong so it can be fixed!
