Crash, Boom, Bang!

Wednesday morning I was driving to school (with Jane Baird and Jack in the backseat). We were in the turning lane about to turn right onto Industrial Blvd. We were behind a large coal truck (with a full load) and all of a sudden the truck stops. It was a very large truck so I couldn't see why he was stopping. I patiently waited for him to turn....all of a sudden, he begins to back up. Before I could back up, he crashed into my car. I'll spare everyone the details, but we are all OK and now my car is damaged (I hope it won't be totaled). I had to have it towed to the body shop because it is un-drivable. I have to wait 7-10 days for the police report and the truck driver's insurance company has not been all that cooperative. I'm now driving a rental car which is tiny compared to my Sequoia. Cute: Everyone that knows Jane Baird knows that she is a total wild woman and such a mess. Well, when she felt the impact from the coal truck, she laughed out loud and clapped her hands. The she mocked my scream and threw her hands up. I knew then that she was ok! She is so funny. My rental... Our luxury sedan Pieces of my car that fell off as it was being towed away... I'm very thankful that this was all the damage done! If we had of been in a smaller car, we wouldn't have been so lucky.
