I did it!

I was up until 1:00am trying to do ruffles...didn't go so well. This morning I called my mom to whine to her and she told me an easy way to do it and it worked! I'm so proud of myself. This is far from perfect, but I'll let her wear it out in public! I'm going to have it monogrammed or appliquéd and maybe add some bows.
