Christmas Cookies!

We went over to my parent's house tonight to make Christmas cookies with Jack and Hayes. Jane Baird loved shaking the sprinkles shaker...she was quite good at that! She was also good at chewing on the sprinkles shaker. After we baked the cookies, I let Jane Baird hold hers up for a picture and she tried to eat it. I do not feed her table food at all. I've made baby food for her (sweet potatoes and carrots) but that's it. She licked the cookie and made a face like she didn't like it but then she licked it again. Her cookie eventually crumbled to peices. While we made cookies, my parents went to the store and I asked them to pick Jane Baird up some of the Gerber Graduates snacks. She's never had them before but now that she has 4 top teeth and is crawling (for real) I figured it was time to try some. Mom bought her some kind of vegetable sticks and Jane Baird loved them! I think she ate 4 of them and probably would have eaten more. As I mentioned above, she has 4 top teeth now. Her smile looks so different now. It's so cute :) She is also up on her knees crawling. Every once in a while she will drop to her belly and combat crawl but she is mostly crawling like a big girl now. She is talking a lot these days and is full of energy. She has a very funny personality and keeps me laughing most of the day. She can wink (blink), stick out her tongue, wave bye bye, say bye bye, say mama (sometimes...when she's tired or hurting). She knows what a hairbow is and when my mom said "hairbow" the other day she reached up and pulled hers out. She also pulls up on things and can climb on things. I have a little trampolene that I use for exercise and she spotted my cell phone on top of it today (she is crazy about my cell phone). She pulled herself up and reached for it. She was too far away to grab it so she lifted her knee and climbed onto the trampolene. She did it again tonight and Daddy captured the little monkey on video. I took lots of pics tonight but there is no way I will be able to upload all of them tonight...I'll work on getting them on here tomorrow too so check back. P.S. I know KEDS do not look good with her dress and tights but we were in a hurry and Alan couldn't find her dress shoes so he put those on her (I know some of you had noticed ;)
