Bye, bye, baby seat!

Jane Baird has just about grown out of her infant seat. She is very long and her feet would hang off the end. I decided that Santa needed to bring her one for Christmas. Well, Santa is too slow so I decided that I would get her one for her 8 month birthday. Thursday, Thanksgiving day, will be her 8 month birthday so we went ahead and installed it in the car today so she could go ahead and use it. It was bitter sweet...I'm so thankful that I have a beautiful, healthy baby that is growing and thriving...I'm also sad that time is going by so fast and she seems to be growing up too quickly. Ok, I'm about to cry so I'll end here. This is a pic of the last few moments with the infant seat base in my car... Happy girl in her new car seat...still rear facing, but sitting up now like a big girl!
