Alan went to town this morning in search of the perfect Christmas tree...he returned home empty-handed. He stopped at a couple of places and said that they didn't have any that were big enough. This evening we all went to Lowes in Fultondale. They have a great garden center so I figured they would have nice trees. We found the perfect tree. We wanted a 12 foot or larger but all they had was 9-10 feet. We normally get a Frasier Fir but this time we got a Noble Fir and it is so full and has a perfect shape. I can't wait to get it decorated! Jane Baird enjoyed our shopping trip although you can't tell from the look on her face. It was dark outside so I had to use my flash and it was so bright...Jane Baird is not used to a flash. She really enjoyed riding in the big shopping cart like a big girl. That was only her second time to ride in a cart. Alan brought the tree in tonight and set it up. We put Jane Baird in her high chair to watch and she was quite amused. This is going to be a FUN Christmas!!!
