Tonight we carved the pumpkins that we got at the pumpkin patch earlier today. I spread newspaper out on the kitchen floor and we sat and worked on our pumpkins. Jack is really quite an artist for his age so I let him draw the face on his pumpkin and I did the carving. He did it all by himself and I thought it turned out quite well. Alan and I made an Alabama pumpkin. I did the drawing and he did the carving.
